What if it rains, will my yard be mowed or will it be rescheduled? In the event of rain on your scheduled day, we will reschedule as soon as the weather and lawn permits. But don't worry, if it's just a little sprinkle, we'll be there.

Does dog poop have to be picked up before the yard is mowed? We ask that dog owners pick up any poop in their yard before we come out, however, if you are unable to do so, we will gladly pick it up for a minimal fee.

How often should I have my lawn fertilized? Approximately 4 times per season (usually March through November) is ideal. We can provide that service at your request.

How often do I have to water my lawn? It's best to follow the guidelines the city provides. To find out which day your area is scheduled for watering and how much visit City of Austin Watering Guidelines.

I have a locked gate to my backyard. How will the mowers get to my lawn? We ask that you either provide us a key, or leave the gate unlocked on that day. We are happy to keep your key, if you feel uncomfortable leaving it open, or don't have a place to hide it. We will always lock it when we leave.

My dog is skittish around strangers. What do you suggest? We want to create a safe and comfortable environment for both our workers and your dog. We will gladly come out to meet your dog beforehand, but if the dog is still uncomfortable, we may ask that you keep him/her inside while we are there.
